Hey everyone! I know I said I was going to blog about my summer reading, but I just have not had time to do that yet…I will get around to it sometime in the near future. I don’t have too much time to blog because I am enthralled by the College World Series right now. As I am typing it is bottom of the 5th and it is tied…GO LONGHORNS! But I did want to let you all know about an opportunity coming up in July.
Starting on July 20th we will be starting a 40 days of prayer for Summit Community Church (that is the name of our church that we are starting out here in Texas if you didn’t know that already). I will be making up a newsletter that will be mailed to you everyday that will give details as to what we are praying for, for that day. There will also be a high noon prayer that will be the same all 40 days. We are trying to get over 200 people from all over to be a part of this, so if you would like to do it, shoot me an e-mail or leave a comment below with your e-mail and I will add you to the list.
