Disneyland…one of my favorite places. I could go there everyday and not get sick of it. I have had a season pass twice in my life. Once when I lived in So Cal and the other in 08-09 when I lived in Nor Cal. I went that much, yes. And I loved every time.
Today I was talking with my cousin and she was telling me she was planning a trip in July. I’m not going to lie. I was very jealous. It has been over a year since I have been to D-land…I am having withdrawals.
And I don’t help myself with this. I follow a bunch of people on twitter who give updates about Disney, I have an app on my phone that tells me the wait times, which I just checked and tonight would have been awesome night to go.
This year I am hoping to fit in some time to go, even if I have to take unpaid vacation time (All of my friends have decided to get married now, I will probably have 5 weddings to go to in the next year).
There are a few attractions that I am really excited about:
Captain Eo: I did a post on this before, you can check it out. But this is only for a limited time and I don’t know how limited. I HAVE TO SEE THIS! I saw it when I was little, but I love MJ and I remember really enjoying this. It opens up in the next couple of weeks. Tomorrow they are testing with cast members. Makes me want to be a cast member.
World of Color: This is a new show that is going in at California Adventure. When the park first opened and I saw the lake in the middle I couldn’t believe Disney had not done anything with it. I am so excited they have chosen to do a water show. If you know me, then you know I love water features, and this one will be awesome. There is a video on Disney’s site that explains what it will look like. And here is a pic to illustrate what it could be.
This attraction will be ready by spring. They have already begun to do testing and the lake is filling back up.
Club33: My family went about 3 years ago. I was not able to go on the trip. My step-dad gets tickets through his work, but he is retiring, so he will have one more chance to go. And I will be there. The club is for members only. It is expensive to become a member and there is a waiting list. I will go and it will be amazing. I hear the bathrooms are pretty sweet.
What are your favorite attractions at Disneyland? I would love to go to DisneyWorld. I am half way there now. And I have never gone. But if I go, I want to be there for at least a week because there is so much to do.
