…ridiculous day

I know I already did a post, but who says I can’t post twice in one day? It’s my blog, I make my own rules. Here are three ridiculous things that happened today:

1. I tagged along with my friend Heather  while she shopped for her wedding dress it. It was a lot of fun and we found the one! Yay! The last “bridal” store we went to was an adventure. It should be called a Quinceanera store. There were very limited wedding dresses. There were two signs before entering the dressing room: 1.No gentlemen (there were men in there) 2. No pictures (what place says no pictures? That’s crazy). The women working were helping predominantly hispanic customers. So when they came by our dressing room to check on us they asked (and peeped their head in by the way) “Esta bien?” in which I quickly answered “We’re good!” And this is now Heather, Alicia, and my new joke, “Esta bien?” “We’re good!”

2. I just got home from seeing “Valentine’s Day.” I won’t talk about it much because I will save it for Monday, but I do want to share about my experience in the theater. Not only was I watching people kiss on the screen, but the people in front of me decided that the screen was not enough and they should show me in person. I kid you not, they kissed 8 times by the time I left…I counted. If you are a couple: PLEASE don’t kiss in the theater while watching a movie. It’s sooooooo annoying. That’s what your car or house is for. Or at least don’t do it 8 times!

3. Like I said, I just got home. My neighbors above me decided 10pm on a Saturday night is a good time to vacuum. I am moving out of my apartment in a month and I am more and more excited about it as the days go on. The same neighbors have become quite annoying. They own a dog who loves to run around and it sounds like the ceiling may cave in every time. During the day, while they are gone at work, they forget to close their window and leave their dog free in the apartment. He likes to bark at every little thing that moves outside the apartment. I work from home most days, so this drives me nuts.

OK, there’s 3 aspects of the ridiculous day. Have a great evening!

Until next time…PEACE OUT!

  2. I saw Valentines Day too. I’ll wait for the post on Monday to give my thoughts… but I will say Taylor Swift so annoying.
